Reduction in classification for harassment

A senior employee was found to have breached the Code of Conduct in relation to a number of instances of behaviour towards colleagues which were determined to be harassment, in breach of s 13(3) of the Code of Conduct, and for failing to uphold the good reputation of the agency, in breach of s 13(11) of the Code of Conduct. As a result of this conduct, the agency imposed a sanction of a reduction in classification.
