Improper use of position to gain advantage not established
The Agency commenced a Code of Conduct process against an employee, alleging that the employee had sent emails containing work-related information from his work email address to his personal email address. It was alleged that he did so with the intention of improperly using that information to gain, or seek to gain, a benefit or an advantage for himself in the course of him conducting his own ICT business, and therefore breached s 13(10) of the Code of Conduct.
